More Photos from my Eskrima Class 28th October 2005
As promised here are more photos from my Eskrima class....thanks for visiting Kit! Simon holding up Thai Pads for Lun to practice punches. A photo that may or may not be used for an upcoming website. Simon teaching some some empty hand techniques.
Like any physical endeavour, it is better to start when you are healthy. Better still, its important to have goals in life. Having that self-commitment and self-belief is perhaps something more important. For example, take those paraplegic athletes. Its a state of mind and how you use it to overcome setbacks and obstacles, and how to face challenges. For me and many martial artists, I believe that martial arts as a whole are very challenging and all the more worth-while.

Hi Airah!

You are never too young or old to start!
Thanks
